Nofrill stress "use what available" concept

Nofrill partners and professionals stress the "use what available" concept modelling solution with our clients. In other words we spend a bit more time setting the objective with the client in order to understand where he real need help, leveraging all available client resources. Then Nofrill is used to jot down the project, collecting (the right)  people, products and services. Another ground rule is to leave project control to client: we like to have success fees, we don't like to keep project control with our project manager.

Nofrill "best fit" the scope

Nofrill use the "virtual company" concept is a "employee free" company made of partner (shareholders), biz partner (small companies) and professionals. This is a real advantage for client,  because we do not need to maximize "consultant utilization"... the king metric of traditional consulting companies. We're free to find the best professionals to fit the scope and the objectives not only in terms of "hard skill" (competencies) but even in terms of "soft skills" (behaviours) for particular and critical roles in client environments.

An amount of 50% (or less), the “success fee”,  will be invoiced , upon client authorization, only if the shared and expected results measurable at project  end will be reach.The nofrill proposed quotation for the engagement will be split and an amount of 50% (or more) will be the “core fee” invoiced at the order to client that agrees to pay.The client agrees on (at least) 50% only and paid it in advance (at the order).
The project prize is a virtuous circle 
he prize, when significant (30-50%), become a very effective governance mechanism, due to the involvement of the entire “supply chain”.
The prize boost people motivation but in order to achive the excellence the right people selection at the beginning is a must.
The prize is virtuous even for the client, because highlight the expected results achievement, proof of project success. In this way we suggest, when applicable, to share the prize with client team.

We work between Business and IT, but  we are "solution broker" as well

In additon to the "solution broker" role for a wide range of business needs, Nofrill has three areas of specialization:
1) IT for business: fully serving the IT department and Top Management around IT Management. Sourcing strategy and contract, service oriented architecture (infrastructure and applications), processes (ITIL, Cobit, etc), organisation, plans of optimization and budgeting, business plan.
2) Enterprise 2.0: the new concepts of strategy, marketing, processes and organization which new technologies today, make available.
3) Corporate Welfare: fully serving Top Management and HR department, provides specific support to the introduction of programmes focused on social welfare to employees, leveraging the new italian industrial relations framework

Nofrill is a new concept of professional services "without frills", the group is reserved for those who buy professional or consultancy services and tired by the traditional approach of most blasonate and consolidated consulting firm, wish to try something new and wants to share ideas, requests, comments and questions.
