The Nofrill virtual company model maximize benefits for our clients: minimal internal structure (partners only) and ability to quickly engage the best professionals and specialized small caps on the market.

Nofrill is based on a virtual company model

The lack of a "traditional" people structure based on employees is double: the lack of recurrent labour cost finally produce competitive fee rates for client and the lack of constraints related to "people utilization" means that we are free to engage the most suitable professional for a specific role and client environment, with the additional advantage to "staff&cast" the team after the solution design, with no constraints at all.
This is a complementary model compared to the well branded consulting firms, that despite their dimension in terms of people, in very few cases are able to staff a team with the most approriate resources for client needs. At the end of the day the client have to adapt their need in order to match the team deployed by the consulting firm.

The Nofrill "social network" and its extensions

The extended Nofrill structure is splitted into a first group of "trusted partner" companies with innovative features (a SME stable Consortium is coming soon), then a "trusted professional" group, or tested  freelances from previous experiences. Nofrill then leverage the main Professional Social Networks from Linkedin (with several active groups) and others (XING Viadeo, Plaxo, Spoke), this is the straight way to engage the best professionals.

"Right" people, not just professional profiles

Nofrill carefully assemble the client solution with real people, not with abstract professional profiles. The freedom to select professionals from the market, allow us to find the "best fit & most close" to needs solution, i.e. not only suitable in terms of expertise but also close to the specific role to play, even "close" from the cultural point of view and, finally, close (without quotation marks) to the client office. This approach, by the way, can give the customer the opportunity to contribute in the  "casting" process.

Nofrill is a new concept of professional services "without frills", the group is reserved for those who buy professional or consultancy services and tired by the traditional approach of most blasonate and consolidated consulting firm, wish to try something new and wants to share ideas, requests, comments and questions.
Of course all Professionals "without frills" are welcome in this group.
